7. Comprehensive safety assistance and rescue techniques for other freedivers.

Required Equipment: Mask, snorkel, bi-fins, 3 mm wetsuit with hood, weight belt, and 5 lbs of weights (one 2 lb and three 1 lb weights).

Prerequisites:

• You must be at least 12 years old.
• You also need to be able to swim 100 meters (320 feet) without swim aids and float comfortably at the surface for at least 10 minutes.
