]]> What you will learn and practice:

  1. Mermaiding theory via PADI eLearning online study.

  2. Mermaid dive to a maximum depth of 5 meters (16 feet) on a single breath.

  3. Comprehensive safety assistance and rescue techniques for other mermaids.

Required Equipment: Mask, snorkel, monofin, 3mm wetsuit, mermaid tail, weight belt, 3 1lb weights.

All equipment can be rented from a local scuba shop or the Haigh Quarry office. Advance reservation is recommended.

Note: A $15 entry fee to Haigh Quarry is required and paid directly at the entrance.
