Frenzel ear equalization technique and freediving breathing patterns via live online video call.

Handling of freediving equipment.

Training in static apnea safety and performance, aiming for a minimum breath hold ability of 1 minute 30 seconds and the ability to provide safety for other static apnea performers.

Training in dynamic apnea safety and performance, aiming for a minimum distance of 25 meters (75 feet) underwater on a single breath and the ability to provide safety for other dynamic apnea performers.

Freediving to a minimum depth of 10 meters (33 feet) on a single breath. Maximum depth for this level is 14 meters (45 feet).

Comprehensive safety assistance and rescue techniques for other freedivers.
Required Equipment: Mask, snorkel, bi-fins, 3 mm wetsuit with hood, weight belt, and 5 lbs of weights (one 2 lb and three 1 lb weights).
All equipment can be rented from a local scuba shop or the Haigh Quarry office. Advance reservation is recommended.
